Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales DIS team. The Work Licensing Associate CSM Responsibilities Run reports on usage across customers globally to identify trueups or new revenue opportunities. Approved part numbers and prices for Enterprise Customers based on the level of agreements and services aligned with the sales team and Partners. Work closely with the sales team and participate in internal customer meetings and calls where applicable to discuss licensing usage. Work with the Business Intelligence and stakeholders on ways to improve use verification compliance on agreements migrations or new agreements. Meet and take responsibility for all business SLAs related to Renew on time all assigned agreements. Maintain ongoing documentation for internal sale teams, especially for Government customers. Train other users on best practices around compliance and use verification processes. Identify manual processes for improvement and automation, assist in developing and executing test plans on new functionality. Analyze project requirements for renewal or growth, determine optimal outcomes based on the customer need to send final proposals as part of sales operations support. Communicate status regularly with stakeholders and executive sponsors. Qualifications Experience Required Minimum 5 years strong experience in data analytics, preferably in the software industry Microsoft Software and Services its a Must Experience in License Compliance, Accounting, Audit, or usage verification role. Languages Required English minimum level C1 required. Desired Skills Experiences Strong verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills. Exposure to working crossfunctionally with different teams and nationalities. Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and concepts. Ability to work well with others, objective with excellent attention to detail. Advanced skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Workflow design, project management, andor Agile SDLC experience Prior experience as a user or administrator of cloudbased Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
