Role Description This is a fulltime onsite role for a Hostess at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Al Sadd. The Hostess will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills, and maintaining phone etiquette standards to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Experience in reservations management Customer Service proficiency Phone Etiquette skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
