Job Description

We are working with several properties seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all of our properties are wellmaintained and in good condition, including performing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needsPerform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, painting, and carpentryRespond to maintenance requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure that all properties are clean and wellmaintained, including common areas, parking lots, and sidewalksCommunicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other team membersMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each propertyAssist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities held on the property Requirements High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 23 years of experience in property maintenance or a related fieldStrong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskPhysically fit and able to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditionsMust have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation About us Express Employment Professionals NE Sacramento supports businesses within Carmichael, ArdenArcade, and Rancho Cordova.
