Job Overview We are currently seeking a Senior-level professional with expertise in Siemens Opcenter Execution Core. This role demands a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. As a Senior Siemens Opcenter Execution Core expert, you will be pivotal in enhancing our clients' manufacturing execution capabilities. The position requires in-depth knowledge of MES, production planning, quality management, and other key areas. Qualifications And Skills • Minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and management. • Proficiency in production planning processes, ensuring efficient production workflow and resource allocation. • Strong expertise in quality management practices to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards. • Extensive experience in shop floor control, overseeing the daily operations and maintaining production schedules. • Capability in real-time monitoring to track and analyze manufacturing processes and performance in real-time. • Experience in data collection techniques to gather and analyze production data for informed decision-making. • In-depth knowledge of process automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce manual labor. • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements to ensure manufacturing processes adhere to industry standards. Roles And Responsibilities • Implement and manage Siemens Opcenter Execution Core across various manufacturing units to enhance operational efficiency. • Oversee production planning and scheduling to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets. • Develop and enforce quality management procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Monitor shop floor activities in real-time, addressing any issues promptly to maintain continuous production flow. • Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. • Design and implement process automation solutions to streamline manufacturing operations and reduce human error. • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Train and mentor junior staff on using and managing Siemens Opcenter Execution Core and related technologies.
